Return & Refund Policy

*Return/Refund:* We do not offer any refund or returns.

*Cancellation:* Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped (Refunds would be made in 7 business days for prepaid orders), no cancellation/refund requests can be accepted after the order has been shipped.

*Special Cases*: 

1. If delivered order items do not match the order invoice items, items not received will be dispatched with no additional charges.

2. Incase of a prepaid order not received by customer, we will either ship it again or refund the order amount back after deducting the shipping charges(₹150) depending on what the customer prefers.

3. Any or all products that are received damaged or out of expiry date will be supplied again at no addition charges.
